Delivery And Pickup Fee [For Rentals upto Rs.999]
We ensure that all products on our platform undergo stringent quality tests before they are sent out. Also, after every rental, the products are thoroughly cleaned and serviced and kept ready for the next rental. Every item undergoes regular maintenance so as to guarantee a top-notch experience for our customers. If you have any issues with the quality of the item, on its delivery or during the rental period, do let us know and we shall get it repaired or replaced immediately.
Cancellation Policy (applicable to the cancelled items in an order)
- < 24 hours: one day's rental fee
- 1 - 3 days before delivery: 50% of one day's rental fee
- >3 days: No charge
- Once rental begins: No refunds or rescheduling as the product is reserved for the selected duration.
Rescheduling Policy (only one rescheduling allowed)
- < 24 hours: 10% of one day's rental fee (for same order)
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of the product for the new days.
- Please contact us as soon as you know that you would need an extension.
- Extension will only be available if the product is availble and not already booked for those days.
